well Slim, i had a P-5, WS7II, and a CMB/Mac in my hyper with no mods required. Maybe i got lucky. :?:

Who cares though, i'm X-Ray now!!!!
Good point with the Prospec, One mount for all engines.

The width of the engines is different, that is why two different holders have to be made.

why is the 1piece mbx5 mount than the same for all engines ???

the STS D.21B motor is a bit bigger on all sides and comes nearer to the chassis, which mount is to be used ???

Likely the ones that aren't designed like the new XRAY one keeps the correct gear mesh if you remove and reinstall the same engine but if you install a different brand with different spacing you WILL have to reset the gear mesh. Makes since to me and I don't see how they could work any other way.

Nitroracer did a good job describing it. Also, Thanks Mario. More or less if I have my P5 gear mesh set using the Xray mount. I could just take out my P5, and install a Picco on the other plate using the same gear mesh set for my P5. Thats Sweet

Mario did tell everyone here to wait for their mount because it would really be nice and he was right. I'd take that advice on all their future stuff. They make great products and are really attentive to what we request on this board and you can't really ask for more than that.
