Hi!

I'm driving on a very small indoor track (15mx8m) with my new FK05 with a 17 turn motor (Keil DTM V2) with 36000 rpm and my gear ratio is 7.93. This is definitely no problem with the standart spur gear and a 18 tooth pinion. My motor is not running hot or something like that and my runtime is about 12 min. So I can't understand your problem. If your tracks are smaller have a try with the T1M or M18

Furthermore I haven't heard any strange noise.

what happen with your cars when you blew the thrust bearings. What type of problems were you having?

on mine the rear diff just started to get strange lumps in it

im quite supprised it didnt affect it more
