Not sure whats different about yours than to mine apart from the soft arms(you apparently have, what are NOT available yet),but i'm still on the kit arms and also the same set of castor inserts that came in the kit and doesn't seem to have the problem your having

How often are you changing your castor setup during the day ?,because if your constantly changing them this will not help matters,as you remove them and insert them the area around the insert will of course get larger, theres not much that can be done with that i guess :(

You must make sure that the insert slots in straight and reasonably easy and not at an angle,as this will also enlarge the hole

How are you removing the insert ?,just making sure your pushing the pin from the opposite side and not trying to prise the insert out

Hope this helps

of you are constantly doing this.... dlrill a hole and put in a set screw in the outter arm, put a flat spot on it too so it cant rotate with the set screw up against it.

Well I just checked the dates of those images and they wer infact the last time I ran the stock arms. So that is a HARD arm in which the CORRECTLY fited caster holder was fited. BUT the new arms are going the same way.

Mario, I can't divulge that sort of info, apart from you are closer to them that I.

what are you talking about? mario thought you had the soft arms? and how can you predict the soft arms are going to do the same thing? simply put i think you may have forced them in a bit the wrong way? its easy to do and i can see how doing it 1 time will mess it up for good. i havent had one move yet. not saying you dont know how to do it . it can happen and you not know it?

I hope those of you that read these threads, on this forum, are careful who you listen to.

The soft arms require a higher impact load to break than the more rigid arms.

They do NOT break "quicker" than the stock arms.

Gramha said "This is happening quicker with the soft arms" and showed a pic of the arms broken, so its pretty clear to me he meant they broke quicker
