Dave you can make toe in adjustments only loosing the back screews from pin holders, you just have to turn arms towards front and put the spacers between holder and bulkhead. It requires little force but not much.

Pekka, that was the "quick fix" I tried - it puts too much strain on the forward hinge pin holder - that's what broke, I was forced to remove the whole side and replace for the final

Dave,
I agree with Mark. You should look at investing in a Hudy 2mm ball end wrench. I have one and can remove both the front and rear A-arms with it without removing the bulkheads.

Yes, HUDY tools rules! ;)

I agree its a bit harder to change toe in in rear cause FK05 has shorter pins in rear so you have to use bit more force to move arms to front while putting more clips there or when taking some out. But I have managed to do it without taking bulkheads of every time. Its all about good tools;)

Hey guys I have installed a kimbrough 120 64p on my fk05 I had to file the top plate just a little to get it to fit. I ran a 120 30t in 19t.

Frankly I don't know. Having said that I don't think you'll need one. Just use the eccentric hubs at the front to tighten or loosen the belt.

I just ran the new fk05 at my local track in windsor yesterday, and all I can say is amazing. What a piece of work this car is amesome, fast, smooth, reliable, and all around awesome (sorry I just dont know what else to call it).

THis is my first xray tc, and it shocked me and many other racers at my track. Back when I was running my tc3 I could never bring my lap times down below a 11 sec lap. Now with the fk05 I am pulling 10.3's and consistant 10.5's. This car instantly added a lap on to my previous best, and then some..

All I can say now is that since I have run xray I am quite positive I will never run another tc other than xray.
