XRAY - Model racing cars

I have just purchased an Xray T1 FK and a one way diff having finally had enough with my TC3 and would like some assistance getting the setup right.

I race on a small tight carpet track, (approx 30m x20m) ie sub 10 sec laps. We race the Stock Trinity Monster motor with the T27 control rubber tyre. I currently run medium inserts in both the front and rear. If its any assistance I was running 21/68 gearing on the TC3 which was about the right speed-acceleration setup. Mazda 6 shell.

Can someone please help with a complete setup sheet along with detailing any additional purchases you recommend.

I have been advised that the one way should assist steering and make lap times quicker.

I will reuse my KOPRO Vantage radio gear, servo, Quantum II ESC and 6 cell batteries.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
