We will have a couple of eyes out at camp today , so it should be a fun day overall.Feel free to talk about any and all of camp in the comments, and if you’re there, even better.Recaps of the action will follow at the end of every day, with the open thread closing, so we can shift the conversation.A Twitter List by revengeofbirdsArizona Cardinals to bring in Braxton Miller for a workout The Arizona Cardinals decided to keep five wide receivers, after making their final cuts to the 53-man roster.The current list of wide receivers include Larry Fitzgerald , Chad Williams, Christian Kirk, J.J. Nelson, and Trent Sherfield.Now it seems that the Cardinals will be looking to add a veteran wide receiver to their young receiver core.Miller, a former 2016 third-round pick of the Houston Texans, was waived this past weekend during final cuts.His athleticism led to his transition from quarterback to a full-time wide receiver in the NFL. But , the experiment with the Texans is over.The 25-year-old was pushed down the Texans’ depth chart, being a healthy scratch for multiple games in 2017. He was stuck behind DeAndre Hopkins, Will Fuller, and 2018 fourth-round pick Keke Couteebefore being released.Despite his fallout from the Texans, there is still a lot to like about Miller. He clocked a 4.43 40 at his Pro Day, along with benching 17 reps and having a vertical jump of 35 inches. Since entering the league , Miller has dealt with a number of shoulder and hamstring injuries that has limited his production on the field. He has 34 catches, 261 receiving yards, and two touchdowns in his two-year NFL career. Though his production has been underwhelming, he has the size and speed factor that the Cardinals could use.If he has a good workout with the Cardinals, there is a good chance that he will sign with the team. Miller would certainly add much-needed depth and experience to the wide receiver position.
