Would someone be able to point me in the right direction of where to find the download link for the setup book .

Thanks for yours, they were just the way. Itself some days tormented with installation and downloading. I even had to turn to because I did not have time to read the book. Nevertheless, the character Keesh from "Life of Pi" will be remembered for a long time.
