 Post subject: Shock mounting on lower arms?

Hey guys I am building a XRAY T4 19 and how do the bottom of the shocks mount to the lower arm. Do they just sit on the grub screw? Sorry to sound so dumb but I am confused with the manual. Any help would be great!
