On the 2016 setup sheet there was a binary option, either 0mm or 2mm, for the shim on the outer pivot pin in front of the rear upright. On carpet setups everybody seemed to run 2mm, presumably to put more weight on the front of the car. On the 2017 setup sheet there is a space to fill in whatever value you want for this setting; on most carpet setups, people don't bother to fill it in.
The XB4's alu rear uprights are 2mm narrower than the plastic ones, so it is possible to run up to 4mm of shims in front of the upright. 3mm with alu would be the same as 2mm with plastic uprights. From looking at photos of Martin's and Bruno's cars on RedRC it appears that they're running 4mm here, but it might be 3mm (the photos don't focus in on this area). Does the "team standard EOS setup" run 4mm here?
