XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi all, i got an Xray T4 2014 with an 2015 chassis plate (with radtec servo mount). I bought the car second-hand and the chassis is damaged so i want to buy a new chassis for the car. Now my question is, does the 2016 chassis fit on the 2014 car?

The 2016 chassis does not fit the 2014 car.

The only difference with the 2015 and 2016 chassis is the motormount (2 extra holes)? The 2016 chassis fits on a 2015 car. I already have an 2015 chassis installed on my 2014 car so technicly it must fit i think?

chassis plate 2014 is still available. I run with an 2014 platform and I had to change my chassis plate too few months ago. I think you should use the chassis plate corresponding to your T4 platform as it has been developed for.

And technically, 2015 and 2016 chassis don't fit 2014 platform. Are you sure this is an Xray original part ?

No the current 2015 chassis attached is an 'ID Products'.

The 2015 chassis fits with the 2015 servo mount, that is the only difference with the 2014 chassis

Found a couple of guys on track with an T4 2014 and a 2016 chassis attached, they say that is drives very good and that there are no problems with flex ore something.

I got an answer to my question and ordered a 2016 chassis.

So is there a set verdict with this? I have two 2014's that I would love to get aluminum chassis for but they are impossible to find. If I can get the 2016 chassis to work with just getting the different servo mount I'd be golden.
