XRAY - Model racing cars

I notice that both drivers ran the wishbones low and the diffs low as well.
What was the reason for this, as the low diff's are recommended for low grip (according to the manual at least )

What did you gain from using kit rear hex's over the narrow items?

Lower diffs helps limit traction rolling and gives the car more forward bite.

We used a low rear arm to lock the rear in, particularly over the bumps.

Narrow hex in front only makes the car more reactive and makes it turn better.
