What difference is there in the handling of the car? In other words, when would outboard toe be more effective than inboard or visa versa?

At the front otherwise known as arm sweep gives more turn in, at the rear is easier to tune inboard and 0* uprights can be used on both sides so only carry 1 spare (have only broken 1 since 2009, red mist mistake!!) but you'd rather a spare than an early finish.

It's been a long time since I've done anything with inboard vs. outboard (around 2007-08), but if I remember correctly outboard toe will give a little more steering on corner entry than inboard would. Believe it was a result of how the car transferred weight to the nose while off-power on entry. We were on foam tires on carpet at that time though.
