Attached setup sheet for the car which is loose when applying the power exiting and mid corners and wants to kick out and spin any suggestions

The only that immediately spring to mind on that sheet are;

Change rear anti squat to +.5's all round at the rear
1mm on rear upper link instead of 2mm
Rear shocks up to hole 3

If steering is really good and you have enough grip, try 1.4 front roll bar etc to balance grip to the back more.

I'm not saying these will cure it, but it's what I'd try first.
You have a softer rear spring, but the anti squat will prevent the weight from being transferred backwards on power to plant the rear tyres.

i havent seen any set ups that have the diffs in the down position,only on the rear and thats usually on carpet

Instead of pro-squat in the rear try straight or anti-squat
