How much do you want to spend?
Starting at the low price end Alturn make a good 1 for £30
Savox 1251mg (have not had or seen 1 fail yet) £45
Futaba not sure of numbers as there are a few £60 ish
KO RSX, Sanwa and latest Savox anything from £80 - £110
There are many others but these seem popular

AME offers a very good servo with direct mount for the T4 (no floating servo mount needed). http://shop.team-ame.com
