XRAY - Model racing cars

Hello everybody,

I drive a Xray T4 14' with Team Orion ESC an a VST 10.5 Motor.
Im drive always on the same track between is in the near at my home.
We have a Cup a the track every driver have the same esc, motor and gearing and we drive in blinky Mode.
Only the Car, Body, Setup is free to change.

Now i have try very much and i think this setup in the sheet is not bad. But i loose in the corners. Im not so fast in the corners. The rear is a little bit loose. The car is not bad to drive. But the other drivers with other car bran have much more in steering and hes brake absolutly minimum before enter the corner.
One driver are not braking.

What i can make for more corner in and corner speed ?

Ditch the Mazda6 shell and get an LTC-R, which will give you the steering you need.

You've made the rear of the car very narrow, which will make it less predictable and have less grip. Go back to the standard rear inserts.

You've also taken a lot of shims off the camber links. This worked on the '13 but doesn't seem so good on the '14. I'd go back to kit shims, I think you'll get more corner-speed.

And that's a lot of droop for 5mm ride-height. I'd drop to 6/5 droop which should help consistency and reduce oversteer on entry.

I think the std Rear- In break the car to much for a 10.5 T Motor. Or i am thinking worse ?

widen the rear,i found 2.5 degrees toe in is enough for most tracks,1mm rf and 0.5 on the r r on the centerline but facing out
plus what dale mentioned,shims on front try 2mm outer and 1mm inner,if not enough steering still then try 2mm inner,on the rear inner 0 or 1mm ,although on low grip i have gone to 3mm
and try a 2.7 or 2.6 rear spring
