XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi Guys,

The rear ball diff broke down on my t2 006.
It should be the #305000 but is now in stock...

Is it possible to use the one from 008? #305003 May with some modifications?

Also the composite diff of the solid axle in the front broken..
Can I replace it with this one? #305136

Which part of the diff has failed? You may be able to find the parts you need.

The layshaft was changed from the T2'008 onwards and as a result the offsets of the front and rear diffs changed also. Whilst the parts should fit, the belt will run at an angle and may be more prone to coming off the pulley.

You can put the T2'007 diff in the T2 (which is what I think you're getting at).

Not sure what you're talking about in your second question. But that solid axle won't work in the T2 for the same reasons as above.

I've read my text again and found out that it's pretty unclear...

Can't find a shop (here in europe) which has the back diff for the T2 006/007 (#305000).
Can only find the one for T2 008. (#305003).
Does anybody has the dimensions of the T2 008 diff so that I can compare it to mine?


At the solid front axle one diff output was broken.. I replaced it with with #305136 and it works without modification.
Regarding the compatibility list of xray it's not compatible.
