Both NT1 & RX8 should be available very shortly, some last items are in production. As some of the changes were major a lot of new moulds had to be made or completely upgraded which unfortunately takes some time. Thank you for your patience.

I understand your opinion guys, you need to go into the race from now onwards. I think XRAY will have a strong 1/8 on road car gas straighforward.

I don't mind if XRAY will go out with a new RX8 2014 at the end of March, April or whatsover date. I pleased to await for the new kit, I trust in their product even if I never used one of their chassis. Last time I raced with my beloved 1/8 onroad car gas was 2005 (Evolva 2003) since then I played with 1/10 off road electric car, quite funny but in Italy we have few tracks and also quite poor so I think to move to my beloved 1/8 on road car gas with XRAY. I am on budget, but let's see if I can do something if not possible I will enjoy and watch the new kit on my laptop only.

I look forward to hearing new from Mr. Mario Hudy.

For me it is a mistake not to put the rear break in the rear solid axle, knowing that it is tested in all the brands and works perfect and better than in the two gear axle.

if something works and does not give problems no reason to change it, to xray always been known for their high reliability.

All pilots ( good ones) have told me that rear brake is a lot more effective than in gear shaft in the 1/8.
Sheperd, Mugen, Serpent use it, are they all wrong?. I don´t think so.
It is a shame to have 1 or 2 xray drivers in the spanish championship while mugen, serpent or shepherd have more than 20.
It is only my opinion. An example for next championship:

This morning i went to the race. Only 1 xray car was racing, the others were mugen, shepherd and serpent. Also 1 motonica. Is this important for xray?.

New RX8 are already in stock at XRAY factory and will be sent to all distributors, so I suggest you will contact your national distributor for more info when the new RX8 kits will be available.

True that lowered rotating weight on higher rotating speeds (engine or gearbox shaft) can have a more negative effect than mounted on a lower rotating speeds as on the rear shaft.

On the MRX4 I was already using a 3 gram epoxy brake disc and that works very well... Just take a look at the last Nitro west series where several topdrivers from different brands were racing. Ermen with a Xray did win the battle. If the brakedisk is making a difference then Ermen must be a very good driver. OK, he is but I do not think at that level the brakedisc makes a difference.

I am wondering where the new RX8 2014 is? No pictures, no manual, anything relating on this onto the Xray Website. Perhaps we need to wait until May to get official information. Not helps say cars are shipping :mrgreen:

The full promotion of the RX8 with all downloadable files is within the work together with the NT1. The online set-up sheet is also under progess and should be available shortly. Sorry for any delays.
