got my t4'14 , been running indoors on carpet and it has been pretty good , but last night ( friday ) something didn't seem quite right , it seemed to want to push alot onpower , didn't have a great deal of off power steering , but then would try and break loose exiting corners , but the worst thing was , especially in the final , from mid to exit of the corner , it seemed like it was bogging down / rolling to the exstent of it scrubbing all its speed off .. and lots of tyre squeel , which i don't normaly get that !!
the only thing i changed this week ( to try and get a bit more entry steering ) was changed the front shock oil , from 40wt to 37.5wt ..
I wondered if its worth upping my shock oil , or fitting the 3 hole pistons ?
anyway here's my set up ..
spool up front , in up position - 1.3k in rear diff and in high position
: shocks , 4x1.1 pistons with front 37.5wt - rear 35wt
: springs , 2.7f - 2.5-2.8r
: mounted on 2nd hole front , 2nd hole rear , 2mm shims in front , 1mm on rear
: ride height 5.4r - 5.2f
: toe inserts , front - 0.5 out on front (.) rear / rear insers - RF (.) - 0.5 in on RR , 2.5 toe . 0.5 - degree toe on front
: front links 2mm on inner and outer , rear 1mm inside , 4mm outside
: link mounts hole 2 front , hole 1 on rear
: camber 1.5f - 2 degree rear
: anti roll bar 1.4front - 1.2 rear
: droop 6 front , 5 rear
: ackerman .5mm , 1.5mm under steering arm for bump steer
: on sorex jb28's , 1/2 additive on front for 15mins - full rear @ 20mins , no warmers
: running mazda speed6 and tried the mazda 6gx , but didn't like it !!
: and running on low to mid grip .
any suggestions ??
