Finally a good run

I had my club night last night and finally settled the rear end of the car down and stopped doing donuts when throttle on. With better droop and a adjusted diff I had a few good runs. Looking at a previous post I have seen that with some toe out I could improve even more. Also i need to sort pinions and spurs.

I am running a hobbywing extreme stock with a 13.5t motor again hobbywing. The track is a carpet one tight and twisty with a good straight.

So any suggestions on gearing.

Are you running boost in the speedo?

no i am on the blinky setting i did find that it sounded as it it was reving as the throttle was applied but think this could be down to diff set up

With blinky you should aim for a gear ratio around 4.5:1 for starters
