I cant get the t4 motor mount to work, strips spurs, have rebuilt, changed screws, tightened in the suggested sequence but it claims at least 1 spur a week. Would the t3 motor mount fit or what should i do?

Check the motor screws are definitely holding the motor still.
Try putting some washers between the motor screws and the mount.

Also check that nothing is bent.

Just need that, all seems fine, normally use a cone washer but still strips

Strip the mount and layshaft mounts etc out of the car completely.

Check they are not bent, then rebuild as per the instructions.

This problem has come up a few times, and something has always been done wrong.

Also degrease the motor mount and motor with brake cleaner.

And run the 4 screws that go through the topdeck into the layshaft mounts. Some people remove this which causes spurs to strip in a crash.

If you're using cone washers, sand the reverse of these slightly with 60 grit sandpaper, this will give them more friction to stop the motor moving. But really I don't think these washers should even be necessary if everything else is put together correctly.

Somethings bent most probably. And replace the M3 nut for the center screw.
