Hi guys,

i run at small indoor tracks and it appears the lowest gearing i can fit is a 20 pinion and 84 (Kit spur) 48dp. i would like to maybe try lower, is there anyway to fit a smaller pinion? or whats the maximum spur i can fit on without it catching?

Thanks

I'm pretty sure I managed to fit at least a 19t pinion on with kit spur.
I have a sheet at home and will look later.

The biggest spur is an 86t otherwise it will start to stick out the bottom.

The limit is usually that the motor can hit the layshaft bulkhead or topdeck. A gear ratio around 9.5 shouldn't be a problem.
