This is for a 009 with large puddles and proper wet tyres;
In action, my car is dark blue with a yellow and orange stripes (you don't see it much);
This was for the same conditions, but we had to use slicks;
If it's just damp, make the front track width narrow and the rear track width wider (either wheel hexes or spacers) and sometimes a heavyweight bodyshell can help force the car to roll to get the tyres to work. I remove the roll bars as well. You can use one on the rear if it's only damp and there is enough grip.
It is a 009, just with a cut T3'11 top deck.
