sorry but how do you regulate a rebound with the ammo of the NT1 aluminum shock?

I followed the instructions to unscrew the bottom cap and push the pull rod 20 times to get a 25%

but the piston always shoots me out of everything with strong pressure

-I have tried various ways in other types of oil to fill the body

- Put the membrane and allow to rest 5 minutes, put the sponge on top

-push the piston up to the minimum rebound and close the cap onto the rod, but even so shoot me an overall 90%

-then I tried to unscrew the cap over and push, loosen and push it several times until a minimum rebound
but doing so is filled with air bubbles

manual also explains that you can use the ammo in 2 modes with 2 o-ring and 2 thicknesses close

or 1 o-ring with small thickness and a thick big, what changes?

I'm trying the rebound in oil 600, and standard 2-hole plates for front and rear

Hey there,

I also have trouble with the rebound, but only with 1 shock (also aluminium).
The way i do it is, fill the shock, put a spacer of 4mm around the shaft and push it all the way up.
Put on the blatter and then squeeze the bladder to bleed out the excessive oil.
And now screw the top back on the shock.

This way works fine for me.

gr Bert
