XRAY - Model racing cars

hi, i ordered my t3 12 2mm chassis and 1.6mm topdeck today, just wondered whether you have to put 0.5mm shims under all bulkheads or just under the suspension mounts??? i also have 1 piece front rear mount. Do you set car up any different or just start with +- 0 roll centers??? Running 13.5 on sorex rubber, asphalt

For asphalt, don't add any shims under the suspension holders. Never put shims under the bulkheads. For high traction carpet, you can try and raise your suspension holders by 0.5mm all around to make the car more smooth.

i have just been for a tarmac test day here in the UK and we normally run 0.5mm shims under the suspension blocks for indoor carpet and sometimes 1mm for outdoor tarmac. trouble with the UK is that our tracks are not smooth

Under all the suspension holders which holds the plastic pieces for the kingpins on which the suspension parts hang. There are 4 points on both the front and rear suspension.
