Hello gentelmen. I just purchased the 344180 brake disc springs to add to the brakes during the build of my new XB9 but quickly realized these springs will not work with the stock Ferodo brakes. Under the parts cross reference spreadsheet it list these springs as an option. Im thinking they are replacement springs for the 354131 optional glued brake pad set, would I be correct.
I simply used some modified ink pin spings to use with the Ferodo brake set up for now. I was just curious as to what these 344180 springs are designed to be used with. Thanks for the help men, and thank you Xray for another excellent 1/8 scale buggy.

Steve

They are standard for the RX8 (1/8) on-road

I have verified this and in the cross reference table the #344180 springs should not be listed as option for XB9, XRAY will make the correction. I am sorry for this.

Brano, thank you for taking the time to verify this. Luckily it was a cheap mistake for me. Thanks again.
