If you raise the inner camber link position, too, the RC is lowered again. If you raise the outer camber link position, too, the RC is lifted even more. Mounting the inner camber link position more outside also lifts the RC as well as using the inner position on the hub does. The more the IC is carried away from the car, the lower the RC is set. The IC always influences the RC. The difference between chosing the upper or the lower 'way' to set the RC is that in the lower 'way' the ride height setting could be countered. But of course the car would roll much less as the CG is closer to the RC. So the suspension geometry could remain the same with all the gains and declines during cornering and acceleration/braking while the RC could be changed nevertheless.
