but what will do this 450f and 350r?
how car will feel?
what i will get and/or lose?

when i on track was medium grip i was almost the fastest guy on track
car was awesome
but then,on the end of the day my car was jumping...
i had a lot of turn in,it was great
on high speed corners my rear was sliping a little bit

so i should do the following steps:
use 500cst oil with 3.0/2.6(if i dont have 2.8 and 2.4)
with 2 opend holes?
and i shouldn't use this foam?
why?
just get it out and thats all?
or make this hole in upper link to shock tower?

Make the front shocks harder than the rear ones. Actually all of us posting here under that topic use pretty much the same oils (+/-) and a harder front than rear shock setup.
I also run without that foams ... even on the low profile membranes. I think those foams absorb the little oil that always will be there over the time and then becoming very hard and compressed.
If you would run your car with a soft front and a hard rear you would end up in corner diving (when track provides good grip) and this will a) brake the car and b) bring disturbance in your car for the entire corner and even could cause problems under acceleration AFTER the corner.

If you have 500cst oil and 350cst oil from the kit I assume you can do the following:

- F/R 500cst with 2 holes in the front and 3 holes in the rear
- F 500cst with 2 holes (or maybe even 3 holes with your 36R(?) tyres on carpet) and R 350cst with 2 holes in the rear

As for the kit shocks ... I wouldn't try too much with these 'rebound holes' but think it over and buy the alu shocks for 62€ (silver) respectively 68€ (orange) for the complete set. Those plastic shocks are no racing shocks to me to be honest.

Sweep is also my favourite rubber tyre beside the Sorex Sorex.

Indeed, especially the softer mixtures. But there are so many Sorex out their on different rims and with different inserts ... that's why I wrote Sorex Sorex meaning the 'true' all Sorex complete wheel. The Sorex 28R with the insert GM uses i.e. looks like a damaged F1 tyre after a couple of LiPo ran on them on carpet. But 'true' Sorex are not easy to get here I think. Never found them except for Asia. I just found GM Sorex. I'm very happy with the Sweep. Even if I could select between 'true' Sorex and Sweep I would select the Sweep I think.
