XRAY - Model racing cars

Hi Team Members,

recently I assembled the RX8 kit with the following eletronic components:
Spektrum receiver SR3001 Pro DSM,
Savöx SC-1258TG steering servo, and
Savöx SC-1257TG gas/brake servo.

Now I'm looking for an appropriate battery pack. I would prefer NiMH batteries rather than Lipo, because I can use my current charger instead of buying a new Lipo charger.

I appreciate if you can make me some suggestions of suitable battery types fitting in the standard battery holder of the RX8. Capacity should be more than 1000 mAh.

Any good nimh will work. I use the ofna 1700 mah pack.
