I think it's good that it comes with the rear gear differential. But when looking around, there's no chassis at premium level that comes with plastic shock housings. So these should be inside the kit. I got the TRF shocks from a clubmate just to try and it's a HUGE difference, the plastic ones work very well though. I think the Xray alu shocks would give that more performance, too.

When you look at the prices of the Tamiya, Yokomo or the Kyosho then there's space for alu shocks and still being a little under these brands if that's one of Xray's primery targets (not meaning that negative).

Regarding the ECS shafts, drivers that I know that wanted to change something at the front axle opted for the gear differential in the front with 500,000 cst. So you don't need ECS shafts.
