is the difference in handling greater in the stock class than in the mod class

i like the feel of the ball diff i just want the gear diff for a little less maintenance

gear diff is the best in any situation with any motor and etc

for stock and mod would the oil i use be different

or is it just track dependant

For most tracks 1000gear diff oil is suitable, some run thivker oil the higher the grip, 200 etc if on carpet.

ok so you saying for carpet indoor racing

1000 cst should suffice

or 200

i use 900 and its awesome:D
thiner oils are better for tracks wth less grip
but dont go down to much with oil
i thnk 700 should be the thinest oil to use

900 you say is this on carpet

i will only ever run on carpet

it depands on track
i use 900 on asphalt and carpet
start from 900 on carpet and see how it feels on difrent tracks

i like much more gear diff,and on every track its better then ball diff
maybe thats because i had problem with ball diff
it was sliping,even when it was super tight:(

Just think Stanley,if you got the ball diff working properly, maybe you would go even faster than you are now

i have read so much reports where drivers have taken the gear diff out to get a better feel in there car
