Opening day at the track was a washout yesterday, but we ended up getting some practice time... I really need to get more punch out of my car to clear a few of the long jumps with not so much running room... I will give you my info and tell me what you think... RB WS7III with about 2/3 of a gallon through it. RB 2045 pipe with 92manifold, 46 spur/14 clutch bell, heavy xray springs. Engine felt well tuned on top and bottom end... |

I put 7k in last night and dropped to the 13t bell. Can't wait to try it out! |

How tight is the track overall? If there are a lot of offpower quick turns it may benefit you to go to a diff setup like 3-5-7 or 3-5-5. The 3 will get it into the corner and the 5 and 7 in the middle and rear will help it come off the corner STRAIGHT and hard. When I ran 3-5-7 or 5-5-7 in my 808 I couldn't break the rear end loose even if I tried. Clutch/gearing is a big deal also. I always ran a 48/13 setup on my car for this reason. Try 2 X-Hard springs with drilled clutch shoes with 1 Hard spring and a stock clutch shoe. This is what I wound up with in my 808 and LOVED it. A LOT of rip! Note: I know you're running a TQ, sorry about the 808 references but a drive train is a drive train. |

it's really not tight at all anymore. They redid the entire layout. Alot more high speed with only a couple quick direction changes.... What diff set up would you go with? |
