Higher front arms will restrict roll, and lower front arms will gain roll. High arms will make it edgier and make it /feel/ like it has more steering/reaction, whereas lowering the front arms may make it feel lazy in the front end but should get more grip.

On a bumpy, slick track, I would probably run mine in the middle or up if I didn't put more kickup in it.
