I would try some step-pin tires as you need something to bite through the loam and down to the surface. I've always been partial to how the step-pins made the car feel myself. I would also go with a hard AKA style insert because the more tire deformation you get the less work the pin will do. It is VERY common to run the same front and rear, but it's just something you have to try out. Pretty much every track I go to, I'll run AKA Soft CityBlocks. Loam/no-loam, bluegroove/dusty, wet/dry, they seem to work no matter what. |
