I wouldn't recommend taking the sway bars off unless the track is REALLY bumpy, because (I think) sway bars add traction, google 'big bar, soft shock setup' and you'll find a lot of info on how a setup like this adds traction in road racing. But this being offroad, you have to tune your suspension to handle the bumps and jumps FIRST, then find a happy medium to get the handling. The biggest thing I noticed running without sway bars is it took longer for the chassis to square up out of the corners, but other than this, it was a lot easier to drive in the bumps. |
