hi my 808 brake pads have only done one days racing an are looking pretty much worn out already are the any upgrade pads that you guys know of that last a bit longer |

Daniel, I have gone with the Avid Break disks with the X-Ray Harden steel shoes. I also use the Losi break springs to keep the shoes separated. (Zero break drag) They work great! And zero fade with your pit guy spills nitro all over them during a fast pit stop. |

Steve Walters what's the big difference between using avid brake discs with hard steal pads and the stock ones ? What's the difference between them? |

Stormer has 1 pair left of the Ultimate Phenolic vented rotors (just like the Avids). https://www.ssl-stormerhobbies.com/cgi- ... n=UPDB2135 I have them both on the 808 and XT8. You'll need the Xray lazer cut hard pads. http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_inf ... ts_id/8270 |
