Check this out. http://rc-mushroom.com/product_info.php ... s_id=15296 Yes there is a God.... After the weather we endured this weekend I'm buying them! Or mod the shock caps with a lathe at the top to allow for the boot lip. |

Anyone tested these shock caps for using shock boots yet? How do they work? What shock boots fit? |

I've ordered the Losi Eight boot Shock ones. They seem to fit nicely as well. |

Craige, I tried the Xray boot shock but they're way too small in diameter and the lip is too wide compare to the groove on the shock cap. How did you manage to fit them ? Also after spending time reducing the lip of one of the Xray boot shock, i try to fit it and it teared apart The losi 8 shock boots are definitely hassle free to fit. Regards. |

Hey Matt... I have ran them for the last 2 meetings and not an issue they were a tad tight to put on but apart from that they were fine i just used a little bit off shock oil on the cap "not alot" and it went straight on and they fit great in the groove! Craige |
