ToysRUsKid, There is not really a stock setting for this. It is more where you like it because it does change the handling characteristics of the truck. Most though are setting the droop setting to full shock extension or just a tad shorter than full extension. |

Jason -> How does more / less dropp change the handling of the car, how does the car react to more / less droop in both front and rear ??? |

Because droop determins how weight is transfered on the chasis. For example, if you limit the droop on the front end (arms more parallel) then on power coming out of a corner less weight is transfered to the rear of the chasis keeping more weight twards the front giving you more on power steering. It works the same for the rear, Ex. if you limit the droop to the rear end less weight will transfer to the front giving the car less steering at corner entry. Also droop can help on tracks that have alot of quick directional changes so the chasis has less roll making the car feel like its more reactive instead of sluggish. You have to find the happy medium though because you can go to far either way, less/more droop. Its a great tunning option so I recomend playing around with it. Its a tunning option that will give you immediate results and you will feel the difference. Hope this helps |

The explination helps, so I just have to go out and test it. I remember seeing someplace before in this forum that if I leave it too low, it could break the shocks when it extends. |
