I reuse mine...

The way I look at it, if it protects the engine on my $6000 dirt bike, it has to work for this!

I also use Notoil. It goes on easy because it is thinned with alcohol. When the alcohol evaporates the oil is extremely tacky like honey. It filters better than regular oil and you don't get the major build up of crud on the filter like regular oil. The best part is that your filters look brand new after cleaning with just water and detergent. I never could get my filters this clean before.

I oil both outer and inner filters also. You can't over prepare in racing.

Hulk, you can get it at pretty much any dirt bike shop/dealer. Or this is pretty much the amain of the dirt bike word...

I use the PJ1 stuff also, or else the Dawn dishwashing soap with multiple cleanings and rinsing.

A light oiling on the inner and outer. a little smear of grease on the bottom and top edges of the inner.
