What's the average race setting on the needle for this engine? I'm having erratic temps and it stalls often in the middle of the race. The highest temp was 250 F. Does it like a slightly lean setting on the bottom and a slightly rich setting on the high end needle? |

Hey Ben, I had a blast yesterda! My truggy drove great with the exception of my engine stalling out on every heat except for the main. It was major deciding factor for my final main position. The engine is brand new. The engine has just about a gallon into it. It started yesterday and there are no known air leaks. P.S. I am now a believer of the brushless system. I can't believe how easily your buggy handle the triple and straight. |

Sorry to say but I wont be able to race for a couple of months. Going in for sum surgery to remove hardware from my ankle fracture last year. Good news is that I was able to bring it back to base needle settings and I think I found a good tune. It's just too bad that I can't test it. The motor was a beast on the straights! ![]() |
