tell me about it..i had 15 mins in the b final with you,we both bumped up,then had to marshall the next race for 20 mins,sprint back to pits to grab my buggy and run back with pitman for 20 min A final..luckily i had a nice warm fleece lined tranny bag 
bruce finished about 2 feet behind you..was a close one hehe dave |

Yep it's astro turf. When you come from driving on dirt it's horrible at first but you still enjoy the competition side of things. Tuning grip out of your ride is something you wouldn't be used to doing, then there is zero grip when it's wet. At the grp race my bug was set up for dry with worn tyres, i was leading for a few laps then it snowed  . They reeled me in and i couldn't do anything about it so started having fun drifting around. Came 4th so missed the bump up to the semi.
Lots more racing to do this year and i hope the competition is just as fierce as that

Yep we race on grass over here in Western Australia, great fun high grip and all thats needed is a air compresor at the end of the day to clean your car.... Same stuff as our outback cricket pitches i take it then....lol |
