Thanks GTSUM, I initially followed your set up and ended up at this. Seems a little uncanny that we have identical set ups. We must have similar driving styles. Everyone looks for pro driver set ups which are too responsive and unforgiving for club drivers. I saw some of your comments last year and thought this guy is trying a myriad of setups to make the truck easier to drive - I'm with you. For all you club man racers out there forget pro set ups and set up your truck like GTSUM and I do and reap the benefits of a truck thats easy to drive with out standing lap times. You can always refine it as you get better to make the car more responsive. Pro set ups are for pro drivers. Perhaps X Ray should test to find club level set ups for US style tracks and place an A4 addendum in the XT8 box so you start out with a confidence inspiring drive straight out of the box. This truck is number 1. ![]() |
