I took a fuel tank mount, cut it down and drilled it out. Works well and looks nice too. |

If you use a rotary tool such as a Dremel to cut the nose part of the body, and also the body post hole, the lexan is less likely to crack as with scissors or body reamers. I've also discovered that with methylene chloride, you can superglue lexan together so the nose gets a second clear sheet of lexan on top for added strenght from now on. |

Robin, I use a dremel to cut the front of the body around where it fits between the shock tower as well. Also I cover the inside of my bodies with almost a full tube of shoe goo and I can make a body last for months at a time. I still have bodies that are about a 1 1/2 old that are still in very good shape. Jason Branham |

I havent had any issues with this but I use Jconcepts bodies. Also I have seen some pics of where people have the nose extend way down the front of the bumper so ofcourse it would catch and rip back. |
