Anyone using a ACE 1015 servo on the throw
i tryed to put it in there and the horn is to low to the servo and the brake linkage hits the top of the servo,
None of the horns in the kit fit onto the ace servo

I've got those same servos in my EC. I used the futaba horn that came with the kit. It has a tiny bit of slop compared to the ace horn, but when the screw is tightened down, it seems tight. Been running it for a while like this without problems. I also had to dremel the mounting hole for the throttle servo in the alum. plate it sits in, and the plastic mounts for the steering- so the servo body didn't touch.
I think whitey figured out how to make the ace horn work w/ some shims and such, and posted some pictures, but I prefer the futaba horn setup. works for me.

2 shims under the actual horn and added 2 nylon washers under the upper brake linkage to lift it to be level.

works perfect and the Ace horns are your best bet for a tight fit.

do u know how many MM spacers are between the horn and the servo

i also just brought a hitec 24kg servo for the streeing (price to good to pass up)
