Hey guy what tip do you have or tricks to glue the Tires to wheel of the XT8. I know the tip of making the inner lip of the tires and rims rough for the glue could attach better. What I am trying to get correct are the foam inside the tires I do not want to have wobbling tires.. Thanks |

Heat the foams up with a blow dryer to expand it to the normal shape. |

Whitey, electrical tape works great! It puts even pressure around the tire. I wrap it around a number of times and it really squeezes the tire against the rim. I use cheap tape from the dollar store. My tires always turn out great. No wobbles at all. Plus no elastic band I've seen can put the kind of pressure on the tire that a few good wraps of electrical tape can. Even the cheap dollar store stuff. It's kinda wasteful but it's the best way to mount tires IME. regards speed metal |

you dont need that sort of pressure but I see your point. Panther sells some tire bands that have tabs on them to pull on and they work great. |
