XRAY - Model racing cars

Rocco: hi, maybe you could help me out here. i'm trying to get my lhs to stock some parts for xt8. he ordered stuff like a-arms,rims etc. well it's been over a month now and he only got a partial order. he said he doesn't know if items are out of stock when he orders or if they are automatically back ordered. so my question is he full of bull or are parts backordered. i've got backup thru the net but nothing like having some stuff local if i need it. thanks!

not to jump in but if there having a hard time go to A main or B main hobbies, i know they say support your lhs but sometimes its get old waiting on parts

LOL!! Well i'll tell ya he's been getting kicked alot, last week i made a killing on xt8 parts on ebay!!!

It's good to support your local LHS, but sometimes other LHS can be complete douches when it comes to overpricing.

Bottom line is, an educated customer is a LHS owner's worst nightmare.

I know you are supossed to support your LHS, but I hate going in there.

To much eye candy, I walk in with a forced tunnel vision idea on a 75 dollar parts list,,,and walk out with my wallet smoking carrying a shopping bag full of unnessisary stuff. lol!

I'm safer right here in front of this screen doing my research/bargain shopping, plus I dont have to deal with the people behind the counter telling me they dont have it when I see it hanging on the wall directly behind them.

I know that it is a tough job behind the counter (been there, done that) but it's not rocket science either.
