Another useful tip for the three-piece mount: Longer M3 screws fixing the top to the bottom mount to make use of all the thread in the bottom mount. This way you can tighten them up really good without ever worrying of stripping the thread. I dremeled some longer screws to exact spec for this. Aluminium screws are a very bad idea for this area, even titanium ones are. |

Are the Team guys using this mount? I noticed in pictures of Yannick Aigoin's car that he isn't using it. The reason I asked is that I've always used it before but recently I took it off and I noticed it was slightly bent and could see signs of where the clutch bell was hitting it too. I also noticed that the screws in this mount loosen easier than with the stock mount.I am starting to think it is not worth using. |

So let me get this right - 358712 - Aluminum Adjustable Engine Mount WILL fit Werks B7? I ordered this one, as I've been told (by a Werks sponsored driver) that the Werks is made (in part) by Sirio. |
