Good point DaveH. The diff shimming issue is ridiculous. I'm going to try that with the front body mounts when I get some more (as they're now predictably out of stock with the UK distributer). My only concern is that they have quite a severe chamfer at the bottom behind the plastic pin, so drilling a hole through there wont leave much material for a screw to go through? I tried simply drilling through the existing hole and putting a longer screw in, which helped a lot. Another minor mod is to remove the mount hole in the chassis for 125cc. Obviously the chassis' were already machined when they remoulded the 150cc tank, and I cant see anyone in the world using a 125cc tank in their XT8. |

Some put the 125ml tank on for the qualifiers. |
