i'm building the front suspension and can't get the upper and lower parts to line up correctly. i'm using all of the tq suspension holders, btw. the upper arm is more forward than the lower arm, so it won't fit down in the mount on the c-hub. i shimmed the ams on the pins as the manual states. can't figure it out! please help. |

tallyram, Watch your plastic bushings. Just to check, go a head and put all 0 bushings in the lower arm mounts and upper arm mounts. This will make sure your hinge pins are parallel to each other, upper and lower. Once you have done this take the shocks off and let the arms freefall and this will tell you were to put the clips for the upper arms because they will settle on the upper hinge pin. Try this and then let me know. Jason Branham |

jason, i tried what you said and i had to put all 3 clips in front of the arm using the "0" bushings. does this sound right? btw, i'm using your setup sheet to start with. also, how did you shim the bottom arms with the clips, front and rear? thanks for the help! |

You might add 352180 (ball mount for IAC) and a couple sets of the caster bushings as the kit pieces are composite. maybe a 1 dot and a 2 dot bushing. everything else on your list looks good, same suspension holder pieces I used. |
