Depends,

On bumpy loose track i use 553 or ( 2) as a starter set up. On Astro i use
10, 7, 3, ( or my BBF diffs but lately i prefer the std diffs )
But it is personal just like rocco says. Just try to get a good Basic / Starter Set up and work from there.
