break in bench help?

i got this thing mounted it up and the engine will not start for nothing. dont know if it is not fast enough or what but i have a Snap on air drill going to it...it is fast but i am at a loss. thanks

Make sure your air drill is spinning the engine in the correct direction. If that doesn't work, install an already broken-in engine and see if it fires up.

it is a brand new 21-7bt...when i ran it in the buggy the carb gave me problems..so i put an rb carb on there and it was fine. so i checked the stock carb out, it looked okay so i put it on to try it again...and no dice. but what you suggested was already in the plans..thanks for the input.
